Ratch development has been dicountinued. After careful pruning, I've determined that Ratch was not substantial enough to justify a separate project of it's own. In the end it proved little more than a some extra convenience methods built on top of Folio's FileShell tied into a Clio-basic CLI. Some of this functionality is now available via Folio itself, and a few pieces have been ported to Reap since that was the primary utilizer of Ratch's batch script DSL from the start.

I won't discredit the notion that the project may ultimately be resurrected, but it is doubtful. If someone else would like to run with it, or has a good idea for project with this name please let me know. I'd be more than happy to turn the project over.
